Welcome to Xiuwen Delu Education Group
The Xiuwen International Academy at Zibo, established on September 1st 2005, was the first school in the group to launch. The Group has been gaining notoriety for its private education system in Zibo, and even in the central Shandong area, with 13 years of excellent school-running history.
Our developing team of foreign teachers is currently at 30 and keen to expand. Our group's system encompasses pre-school education, online education and study abroad opportunities, among many other programs. There are more than 800 faculty members in the group with over 20% of the teachers having an overseas study background.

Dr. Xiuwen Wang is the head of each of the schools under the Xiuwen Delu group. Dr. Wang previously lived in America for over 20 years and therefore has a good understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures.

Covid 19 Information
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the Chinese borders are currently closed to international travel (March 2021). However, as the situation improves, we believe that travelling to China will once again be permitted in coming months. As such, we are actively hiring candidates for the Fall term, September 2021. If you are successful in your interview you will be in regular contact with our members of staff who will help you navigate the process and provide you with regular updates.
